Isaac Asimov

De Golwen

Isaac Asimov (2 de enero de 1920 – 6 de abril de 1992) fue un autor y bioquímico estadounidense nacido en Rusia, un escritor exitoso y excepcionalmente prolífico conocido por sus obras de ciencia ficción y divulgación científica. La obra más famosa de Asimov es la "Serie de la Fundación", que después combinó con dos de sus otras series, la serie Imperio Galáctico y la serie de Robots. También escribió sobre misterio y fantasía, así como una gran cantidad de novelas. De hecho, escribió o corrigió más de 500 volúmenes y aproximadamente 90.000 cartas o postales, y tiene obras en cada categoría importante en el sistema decimal Dewey excepto en filosofía.
